Your project, phase by phase
From the first idea to the construction documents, the practice supports you at every stage — with full transparency about what we offer and what we do not offer yet.
Programme phase
If you do not have a plot yet
We produce project presentation packs that include a project programme, an overall cost estimate and artist's impressions.
Feasibility phase
If you already have a plot
We carry out a feasibility study to check that your project complies with all the planning rules that apply to the plot. Then come the first 2D and 3D sketches.
Building permit
After the feasibility phase
We prepare your building permit application or prior declaration of works, and follow the file until approval is granted. We then display your building permit sign on the project site.
Construction documents phase
We produce the PRO drawings for engineering consultancies and contractors, the quantity take-offs, coordination with the engineering consultancies, contractor tendering and assistance with the works contract.
Construction phase

This service is not yet available: we do not offer site supervision at the moment.
